3 WEEK PROCESSING TIME FOR CUSTOM ORDERS

Do you ever feel like your small business is running you and you are not running your small business? Believe me, I felt like this for SO long and I thought I would never be able to get a handle on my small business systems. Over the past few years I've implemented three main time saving hacks that have helped me immensely in my business! These hacks are seriously small business must haves and I honestly have no idea what I would do without them.
1) Email TemplatesEmail templates are one of my favorite small business tips! Creating email templates for frequently asked questions in your business is crucial, especially if you are short on time. Take a look back in your inbox and what types of responses you are repeatedly typing out. Are there similar questions you are constantly asked? Do you have a service you are frequently asked about? Take some time to draft up template responses to use for all of your commonly sent emails. Think of ALL the information you would want to get across to your customer and build your template. Now when the customer reaches out with that question, you have an outline to create your email!
2) Order FormsSimilar to email templates, think about ALL of the questions a customer or client would have before ordering or booking a service with you. We want to make this process as streamlined and simple as possible, and we want to ensure the customer's vision for what they are purchasing aligns with the vision we have for the product or service.
3) Block timing
Finally, implement a block timing schedule into your daily or weekly small business schedule. You can be as specific or vague as you like, and implementing a block schedule into your work day will help you to stay on task, and end the day feeling accomplished and productive!
