b. Non-Custom Orders: For non-customized items, we require a processing time of approximately 1 week before shipment. This includes picking, packing, and preparing your order for delivery.

Shipping Time:
a. Standard Shipping: Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days within the continental United States. Please note that this is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances.
b. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

International Shipping:
a. At this time, we only offer shipping for custom orders within the continental United States. We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Feel free to browse our non-custom listings for international shipping!

Order Changes and Address Updates:
a. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address.
